    Anna Todorova is responsible for reviewing applications for the authorisation of crypto-asset service providers under MiCA. Her work focuses on ensuring that every approved provider meets the high standards established by the Regulation and on contributing to a stable and predictable regulatory environment for the crypto-asset market.

    Dr. Wolfgang Richter is a business lawyer and economist with long-term experience in financial transactions and in developing and executing business models. His work focuses on FinTech and artificial intelligence, with particular attention to currency-related topics, blockchain and DLT, and the transformation of global businesses by AI. He has practised in leading international law firms, in the legal arm of a Big Four accounting firm and in investment banking, advising on financing and M&A transactions across major industries.

    Vyara Savova is Senior Policy Lead at the European Ethereum Institute (EEI), a Brussels-based research non-profit focused on the regulatory environment for Ethereum and decentralised technology in Europe. EEI works with EU and UK institutions and regulators, as well as financial market participants, on digital finance, data protection and the role of blockchain as infrastructure. Vyara is a lawyer with a Master of Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and an LL.M. in Human Rights, Conflict and Justice from SOAS, University of London. She is a PhD candidate researching data protection in blockchain-based smart contracts and has authored numerous publications and position papers on blockchain in regulated financial markets.
